What you need to hand

  • The reference from your confirmation message. It reads CAV, then six characters.
  • The mobile number the order was placed on, in any format you like.

The status, what is in the box, the total and the delivery window appear here.

We do not keep accounts, so there is nothing to sign into. If the reference is lost, message us on WhatsApp from the number you ordered on and we will find it.
