Returns

You have 14 days from the day the box reaches you to send the set back. You do not have to give a reason, and the return costs you nothing.

This is not a courtesy. Egyptian Consumer Protection Law 181/2018 requires 14 days with no reason given and a refund at no cost to the consumer. We are stating it plainly because a lot of sellers here do not state it at all.

If the set is faulty, the window is 30 days. That is the law as well, and the process below is the same.

Send it back in the state it arrived in, in its box. Try the set on the way you would try it on in a fitting room.

It happens on WhatsApp, on the same number that confirmed your order. There is no form and no account.

   Message us with your order reference. It looks like CAV-7K3M9Q and it is in the confirmation message.

   Tell us which piece is going back and whether it is a size problem or a fault.

   We book the collection and agree the refund method with you in the same conversation.

Most returns here are a size, not a fault. An exchange is faster than a return and a second order, so ask for it by name and give us the size you want.
