Delivery
Where we deliver
We deliver by courier to every governorate in Egypt. The fee and the arrival time depend on the governorate, and both are listed below.
Orders of 2,000 EGP and over ship free. The fees below apply under that.
Days are counted from the day we confirm the order on WhatsApp, not the day you place it.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is the default and it is preselected at checkout. You pay the driver in Egyptian pounds when the box reaches you. Card is there if you prefer it.
We send one WhatsApp message to confirm the order before anything is dispatched. Nothing goes to the courier until you answer it, so the number you leave at checkout has to be reachable on WhatsApp.
If the driver cannot reach you, we message you to arrange another day rather than sending the box back.

If it goes wrong
A wrong address is the most common reason a delivery fails here, which is why checkout asks for a landmark as well as a street. Give the driver something to look for.
